The position is open for a detail-oriented person to perform weekend safety, cleanliness, and light mechanical inspections (burned-out bulbs, leaky faucets, running toilets, etc.) of weekly rental resort condominiums in Sky Valley, Georgia. The job is eight hours/day, Saturday and Sunday, 12 months/year. Pay is competitive, on payroll, not 1099, and requires a fitness level to handle multiple sets of stairs at 3,800 feet elevation. This is an excellent opportunity to augment a retirement plan in a beautiful setting. Reliable transportation is required as there is no public transportation to the site.
