We are currently seeking a reliable, compassionate, and caring individual for a rewarding Part-Time Caregiver position. At Right at Home, you will never be just a number to us. We understand the importance of a flexible schedule with consistent hours, particularly for a client who experiences sundowners. Responsibilities:

1. Compassionate Care: Provide personalized and compassionate care, especially catering to the unique needs of a client experiencing sundowners.

2. Assistance with Daily Living: Support clients with daily activities, including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility assistance.

3. Companionship: Foster a positive and calming environment during sundowning episodes, offering emotional support and companionship.

4. Flexible Schedule with Consistent Hours: Enjoy the flexibility of a part-time schedule while providing consistent care every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

5. Communication: Maintain open communication with the care team to ensure the best possible care for clients with specific requirements.

Qualifications:

1. Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.

2. Compassion: Exhibit a caring and compassionate attitude towards clients, especially those experiencing sundowners.

3. Flexibility: Seek a flexible schedule with a willingness to commit to consistent hours.

4. Experience (Preferred, but Not Required): Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided.

5. Location: Columbus, Nebraska.

6. Background Check: Successfully pass a comprehensive background check and drug test.
