Wedding Venue Tours & Events (Blueberry Barn)

Ever After Farms has 7 of the most beautiful Wedding Barns in the State of Florida and we currently have an opening at our Barn in Mims, FL (near Titusville). This fast-track position gives you a first class training in the wedding business while also providing you with highly competitive pay. And if you are a great fit, after 90 days, you will be eligible for a promotion which would give you a significant pay increase along with the ability to earn bonuses. We're looking for someone who:

• Loves weddings!
• Loves people, too! Weddings are a people business.
• Pulls their sleeves up and works hard (because while weddings are mostly glitz and glamour, there is plenty of work to do, too).
• Works weekends (our couples get married on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays)
• Shows up on time, every time (couples plan for their big day far in advance and they are counting on us to be there for them, on time, when that big day comes)
• Likes to smile (in all seriousness, if you have RBF, we kindly request you not apply; brides do not like RBF on their wedding day)
• Teachable and NOT a know-it-all, especially if you have previous wedding industry experience. Some of our best people did not have a wedding background and we trained them into the finest professionals in the space. We value previous experience so long as you don't come in, acting like you already know everything, and are not willing to listen to us.

During your first 90 days, you would be on what we call our "Events Week" schedule and it will look like this:

• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: 1PM to 8PM*
• Friday: 2PM to 12AM*
• Saturday: 2PM to 12AM*
• Sunday: 2PM to 12AM*
• * Close time can vary depending on how quickly everything wraps up.

However, if you are a great fit and you are promoted, your schedule will be a three week rotation of the Events Week above, then Tours Week (this is where you can earn bonuses) and then Admin Week.

Tours Week Schedule

• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday - Thursday: 2PM to 8PM*
• Friday - Sunday : 8AM-4PM*
• * Depends on how quickly you wrap up the final tour of the day

Admin Week Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 9AM to 5PM
