As a Wedding Sales Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind our company's success, using your dynamic personality and client-centric approach to book out our remarkable venues. We're seeking a highly motivated individiual with killer closing skills and a track record of achieving exceptional results. Your ability to analyze client needs, build rapport, and conquer any challenge that comes your way will make you a valuable asset to our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Command the entire sales process, from lightning-fast responses to inquiries, to signed contracts.
Showcase your charm and expertise through prompt communication via email, phone, and texting.
Lead potential clients on captivating on-site property tours, giving them a look at the magic our venues offer.
Employ your unwavering persistence and masterful negotiation skills to leave no contract unsigned.
Travel to various venues within the region, as requested by potential clients, to make the sale.
Craft contracts with finesse and collect initial payments.
Keep a meticulous record of your daily sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Delight clients with your excellent verbal and written communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
Location: Conroe, TX
Hours: Full-time with a flexible schedule that lets you work as needed to achieve results. Successful Wedding Sales Specialist work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Experience: A proven track record of achieving strong sales results is non-negotiable. Bonus points for expertise in the wedding and event industry.
Education: A college degree or a history of wowing us with your work achievements.
Physical: Lifting up to 15 lbs, and walking/standing 8-10 hours.
Other: Submit to a background and drug test, have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation

PAY:
Behold the pay structure that will fuel your success, with a total compensation range of $125,000 to $150,000 annually:
Base Salary: $35,600, which includes coverage for training time, mandatory meetings, and mileage expenses associated with visiting our exceptional venue properties.
Commission: Unlimited commission potential, paid out during the same pay period in which contracts are secured, offering unlimited earning opportunities.
Performance-Based Pay: Consistent bonus opportunities based on exceptional sales performance.
