Job description

WeddingUSA is seeking a talented and passionate Wedding Planner to join our team of event professionals. As a leading wedding planning firm committed to creating unforgettable experiences for our clients, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented individual who can bring their expertise and enthusiasm to our team. Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding day.

Provide expert guidance, advice, and recommendations to clients throughout the wedding planning process, from venue selection and vendor coordination to design concepts and timeline development.

Collaborate with vendors, including florists, caterers, photographers, and entertainment providers, to negotiate contracts, manage bookings, and ensure all details are executed seamlessly.

Create and maintain detailed budgets, timelines, and task lists to keep wedding planning on track and within budget.

Coordinate and oversee all aspects of wedding day logistics, including setup, vendor arrivals, ceremony and reception coordination, and guest assistance.

Handle any unexpected challenges or issues that arise during the planning process or on the wedding day, providing quick and effective solutions while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

Stay informed about current wedding trends, styles, and industry best practices, incorporating fresh ideas and creative elements into each event.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

Manage communication and follow-up with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and aligned throughout the planning process.

Requirements:

Proven experience in wedding planning or event coordination, with a strong portfolio of successful weddings and satisfied clients.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating beautiful, memorable events.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and vendors.

Creative flair and an eye for design, with the ability to translate clients' visions into stunning, personalized wedding experiences.

Knowledge of wedding trends, traditions, and etiquette, with a commitment to staying informed about industry developments.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate client schedules and event timelines.

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.69 - $24.91 per hour
