DentalQore is presently seeking a full-time Website Performance and SEO Specialist to serve as a valued member of our Performance Team. In this role, the right candidate will assist clients by empowering them to understand and employ the benefits of DentalQore’s products and services, thereby helping to ensure client satisfaction.
Also, our Performance Team takes completed websites from soft launch to live, performs performance audits of existing client sites, and works with clients to refine website positioning to achieve desired results.
The Website Performance and SEO Specialist we seek will identify key client needs and work to build authentic client relationships.
This is a full-time position with comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), and competitive salary. Naturally, training will be provided to help our new specialist to understand DentalQore's processes and high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Complete SEO information — including title tags, meta descriptions, and keywords
- Submit sites to Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster
- Provide direct communication with clients regarding their website status and performance
- Complete the building of backlinks
- Conduct Website Performance audits
- Develop strategic client relationships and help them to understand and use DentalQore’s products and services to enhance ongoing satisfaction
- Act as the primary contact for all post-sales efforts, focusing on client success and customer service
- Work with clients to discover how you can add value to their businesses and identify potential expansion opportunities
- Own the renewal process, participating in renewal contract structure, ensuring high percentages of client retention
- Collaborate with the Sales, Product, and Development teams to maximize client success and account growth
- Become an expert on DentalQore’s products and services
Qualifications
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and customer service
- Attention to detail, good work ethic, and sound judgment
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or at least two years of client success-related experience
- Excellent client management skills — including sales, account management, customer service, and communication
- Experience with a business-to-business (B2B) SaaS model with an enterprise software solution, as well as experience in a client-facing role with SaaS products
- Experience with addressing a professional audience, such as general dentists, prosthodontists, office managers, periodontists, etc.
