Form of workWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Website Scrum Master to lead our web development teams through the efficient implementation of agile methodologies.. You will work closely with our product owner, development team, and web stakeholders to ensure that the website development goals, scope, and timelines are clearly defined and communicated. You will also monitor the progress, resolve impediments, and promote collaboration and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a facilitator for the web development team, organizing and leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work closely with product owners to define project goals, create roadmaps, and prioritize the product backlog to align with business objectives.
- Ensure the Scrum framework is implemented effectively and provide coaching and training to team members on agile practices and principles.
- Identify and remove any obstacles or dependencies that hinder the team's performance or delivery.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with the juniper.net website product vision and roadmap.
- Track and communicate team progress, sprint/release progress, and overall project status to stakeholders and management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and content creators, to deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Be bold and break away from the conventional norms to drive transformative change for the juniper.net website.
What You'll Need To Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
- 5+ years proven experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in a web development environment.
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with remote and distributed teams is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Adobe AEM Cloud, Adobe Target, and Coveo is a plus.
Minimum Salary: $95,700.00
Maximum Salary:$146,740.00
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $95,700.00 and $146,740.00/year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
Juniper's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations. Juniper may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.
