Web And Graphic Designer

Part-time contracted, freelance engagement; immediate availability; work from home

We’re looking for a proven Web and Graphic Designer for immediate and ongoing client projects. Are you a versatile individual that excels at both digital and brand design? Are you accomplished in your craft with an eye for detail? Are you known for being well versed in the latest design tools? Do you have the ability to bring brands alive with an inviting style? This role involves creating the look, layout and features of our client branding and extends to websites, landing pages, PDFs and marketing/branding materials used to market businesses, products and services. Plus, you’ll work closely with our team of smart and fun people.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design modern and clean websites that are optimized for mobile using established WordPress and HubSpot themes
• Provide excellent graphic and brand design including logos and visual identities
• Engage with account lead to understand client needs, key messages, and target audiences
• Collaborate in concept development and design ideation cross-functionally to help define a creative strategy
• Conceptualize and create intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent web experiences
• Work with our developers to continually improve and optimize user experience for sites
• Work with our developers to modify web designs given team and client reviews
• Provide ongoing communication with our agency team to deliver high quality projects on time

Must have a passion for design with an excellent portfolio of work. Must be able to communicate and collaborate as part of a team. Must be organized and able to deliver projects quickly and on time.

Experience with brand and web design for B2B businesses, products and services is desired.

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in web design is required. Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other graphic tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe XD, Figma, Divi, and WebXD. Familiarity with HubSpot or desire to learn is a strong plus.
