PositionA Private Advisor teamwithin our Rockefeller Global Family Office business is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing team as a Wealth Planning Associate. The Wealth Planning Associate actively supports our Private Advisor team in our Cincinnati office with all aspects related to client account operational activity, client meeting scheduling, and data management. The Wealth Planning Associate often serves as a direct point of contact for client related inquiries and will interact directly with high-net-worth clients. This role is a key member of the collaborative, team-centric approach to client servicing across the Family Office.
Responsibilities- Account opening and maintenance
- Transferring assets and money movement
- Completing investment subscription documents
- Cash management & RMDs
- Assisting with client online access
- Responding to account activity and statement inquiries
- Handles all client paperwork, including the organization and maintenance of client files electronically
- Organize regularly-scheduled client meetings
- Maintain databases to ensure they are up-to-date
- Complete expense reports, check requests, and other miscellaneous administrative requirements
- Create, maintain, and archive documents in an organized filing system
- Gather and manage various forms of client data (i.e., tax information, investment information, etc.) to support the client team in the effective planning of client service strategy
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service by responding to all client questions and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between internal staff as well as clients and outside organizations, demonstrating leadership to maintain confidentiality, trust, support, and follow through with senior management
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
- Series 7 preferred or working toward license.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
