Duties
- Deliver services to clients based on their Individual Service Plan, including meal preparation, grocery shopping, and assistance with daily living needs.
- Create an environment that values the privacy and property of each client and promotes self-care and independence.
- Perform light housekeeping, run errands, and provide transportation as necessary.
- Supervise, assist, or provide shower and bath services as needed.
- Administer and monitor client medication, and maintain their hygiene and dignity.
- Help clients with ambulation and transfers.
- Complete all necessary documentation for medication administration.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- 18 years of age or older
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
- Possession of current Basic Life Support (CPR) certification is highly preferred
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness - able to lift at least 50 lbs when required
- Willingness to undergo training as required.
