Water Management Specialist

Jaytech Water Solutions is hiring a Water Management Specialist. This sales role involves promoting and selling chemical treatment products and Water Treatment equipment for boilers, chillers, and cooling towers.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and close new business while servicing existing clients.

· Collaborate with a Territory or Divisional Manager to achieve sales goals.

· Prepare presentations, proposals, and contracts.

· Maintain existing accounts and meet/exceed divisional growth expectations.

· Provide field service reports and monitor P&L statements.

· Participate in occasional marketing events and possible periodic out of town travel depending on territory.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in Boiler, Cooling Tower, Chilled Water Treatment.

· Sales background

· Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM.

· Ability to work remotely majority of the time or with a team depending on territory.

Desired Qualifications:

· College degree or equivalent experience – STEM field a plus.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Competitive spirit and teamwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
