Water Treatment Plant Operator-Class 3, Class 2, Or Class 1

Water Treatment Plant Operator for Greensboro, GA plant

Requirements:

Valid Water Operator license-Class 3, Class 2, or Class 1

Prefer minimum of 1-2 years in surface Water Treatment Plant facility

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid Georgia driver’s license or ability to obtain one within 30 days of employment

Ability to work night, day, weekends, and/or holiday shifts

Must pass pre-employment background check & drug screening

Duties:

Procure samples for testing

Mix chemicals

Perform general maintenance on equipment

Enter data into a log book or computer spreadsheet or chart

Review and submit data to regulatory bodies

Ability to lift 50+ lbs. frequently

Ability to work alone for shift

Ability to walk up and down stairs and ladders regularly
