Job Summary:

The Operator I to 3 positions are responsible for field Water Transfer operations. See responsibilities for each level below.

Operator I

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• None.

Qualifications

Experience

• The right candidate will have 1-3 years of Water Transfer experience. Water management experience is a plus.
• Previous experience working in the oilfield is preferred.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record for last 3 years.
• Performs work in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.

Education:

• HS Diploma or GED. Associate (Preferred)

The Operator II position is responsible for field Water Transfer operations and will have 2-5 years of Water Transfer experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Qualifications

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience working in the oilfield is preferred.
• 1-2 year’s experience with flow meters, sensors, water pumps, etc. a plus.
• Previous work history installing and maintaining automation and sensors (level, flow,
• etc.), reading instruments, using hand tools, etc., helpful.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record for last 3 years.
• Performs work in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
• Ability to rig-up and down 12’’ & 14’’ Lay flat hose
• Properly install Hose clamps and heads
• Prime Water pump after install
• Rig up & down frac locations with minimal supervision
• Cut and Re-head Lay flat hose
• Rig up and install an inline pump

Education:

• HS Diploma or GED. Associate (Preferred)

The Operator III position is responsible for field Water Transfer operations and will have 4+ years of Water Transfer experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

None.

Qualifications

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience working in the oilfield is preferred.
• 2-4 years’ experience with flow meters, sensors, water pumps, etc. a plus.
• Previous work history installing and maintaining automation and sensors (level, flow,
• etc.), reading instruments, using hand tools, etc., helpful.
• Valid driver license with clean driving record for last 3 years.
• Performs work in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.
• Ability to rig-up and down 12’’ & 14’’ Lay flat hose
• Properly install Hose clamps and heads
• Prime Water pump after install
• Rig up & down frac locations with no supervision
• Cut and Re-Head Lay flat hose
• Properly Plug a line
• Complete 3 HR updates and spreadsheets Via Microsoft Teams
• Supervise and manage a 4–5-man crew on location
• Diagnose and communicate Issues with Down Pumps
• Complete Daily JSA’s

Education:

• HS Diploma or GED. Associate (Preferred)

Additional Qualifications Highly Considered

• Veterans preferred.
• Current safety certifications are a plus!

Schedule:

• 14/7 work schedules
• Day and night shifts
• On call rotation
• Weekend availability
• Housing provided for out-of-town employees.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and / or carry up to 75 pounds daily.
• Ability to walk on uneven, slippery, and muddy conditions.
• Ability to sit and / or stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours daily.
• Ability to work out of doors in all environmental conditions.
• Ability to operate and maneuver on and off an all-terrain vehicle throughout the day.
• Worker will be subject to other physical activities required, to include climbing, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, seeing, talking, hearing, and performing repetitive motions.
• Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception and range of vision necessary to safely perform job functions.
