SalaryThree Rivers Park District is seeking to fill the position of Water Resources Specialistat our Field Operations Center in Plymouth, MN. This position develops and recommends programs, plans, and procedures to support the Park District Water Resources Management Plan with an emphasis coordinating the collection, compilation, and interpretation of Water Resources data as well as assisting with the implementation of watershed and in-lake management practices to improve water quality conditions within and adjacent to the Park District.
STARTING RANGE: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00/annually, depending on qualifications.
SALARY RANGE: $51,337.00 - $87,467.00/annually
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Limnology, Aquatic Biology, Fisheries, or closely related field, and one year of responsible experience in one of the above disciplines OR at least five years of any combination of education and/or experience equivalent to the above. A master’s degree may be substituted for the experience requirement.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Valid class D Minnesota Driver's License, upon appointment AND Minnesota Noncommercial Pesticide Applicator License in general grounds (A), and aquatics (F), upon appointment.
