Job Summary
The Mitigation Technician is tasked with successfully delivering EMS services for clients and
referral partners. Technicians work diligently to meet and exceed customer expectations,
develop and grow referral relationships and steward the company brand.
Essential functions

- Installing containment and safety mechanisms
- Installing and monitoring drying equipment/AFD's
- Providing emergency cleaning and sanitizing services
- Conducting controlled demolition services
- Keeping fleet vehicles cleaned and presentable
- Conducting preventative maintenance on fleet vehicles and company equipment
- Packing and moving client's contents / personal property
- Conducting Every Job Sales Activities - As directed by Lead Tech

Job Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member, maintain composure, and work effectively in a high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Able to use a company provided laptop or iPad and a working knowledge of MS Office programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Construction-related training or technical training desirable
- Certifications in Concrete and Soil desirable
- Satisfactory background check
Physical Requirements
The physical requirements involve body movements including walking, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending and flexing the arms, legs, wrists and fingers. Will stand the majority of the shift and have the ability to help with the unloading and loading of products from trucks and warehouse shelves. The senses of being able to see and hear and have full Power of speech are necessary. Lifting cases that can weigh up to fifty pounds is required.
