ABOUT US:
Paul Davis Restoration is a franchise organization that provides services to cleanup and repair damage to residential and commercial properties due to water, fire, mold, storm, or other disasters.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards.
Set dehumidifiers, fans, air purifiers, and other equipment at the work site, ensuring proper setup and removal.
Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation, utilizing MICA and other proprietary software.
Perform initial loss inspection.
Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, etc. and perform general demolition after a loss.
Complete pack-out and pack-in of customers contents, ensuring all items are properly documented and brought back to the warehouse for cleaning and restoration.
Act as daily on-site contact for the customer, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered.
Participate in our 24 hours on call rotation, responding to emergency losses after hours and on weekends, as dictated by the on-call schedule.
Drive company vehicles, including water trucks, trailers, and other machinery.
Wear protective equipment to minimize exposure to hazards and injuries.
Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Self-motivated, reliable, and a team player.
Strong customer service skills.
Previous experience in mitigation is preferred, but not required.
Available for emergency services (nights, weekends, & holidays) and rotating on-call.
Must pass pre-employment screenings.
Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, pulling, walking, standing, and climbing ladders as needed.
A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation are required.
Reliable working cell phone.
HOURS: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4;30pm, Optional Overtime included.
