Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator

The Town of Milford Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) is accepting applications for two (2) full-time positions for WWTP operators. A high school diploma or equivalent and a class D driver’s license is required.

The successful candidate will be required to obtain a grade 4 municipal wastewater license within three (3) years. A strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and construction background and hydraulic license is preferred.

This union position has a starting hourly wage of $26.28 plus benefits.

Union Allowances/Incentives

• Uniform Allowance $1,320
• Education Stipend Incentive $420 - $1010
• Longevity $425 - $925 (@ 10 years+)
