Warranty Vendor Recovery Representative
The warranty representative will focus on product registrations and assisting the Warranty Vendor Recovery team. Seeking someone with good MS Excel knowledge including using Creating Tables and using VLOOKUP s.
LOCATION: Richardson, TX 75080 (Onsite Monday through Thursday and remote on Friday)
POSITION: Right to Hire
PAY: $21.00hr

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Supports dealer contacts by phone and e-mail.
• Inputs product registrations in Warranty Your Way.
• Review product registration files for BOT PR programs.
• Update SAP serial number records related to registrations.
• Update and reconcile product registration related spreadsheets.
• Support the Warranty admin team with side projects or daily tasks including assisting with labels, tracking shipments, and credit related tasks.

Qualifications

1. Requires a high school diploma.
2. Requires at least 2 years customer service experience.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook. (Creating tables and using lookups are required)

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Efficient time management, accuracy, and speed with data entry.
• Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.
• Provide great customer service focusing on building relationships.
• Ability to navigate SAP and other relevant applications.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
