Warranty Supervisor - Fire Industry - OCALA, FL
We are looking for a dedicated Warranty Supervisor to join our team and take charge of administering warranty policies & procedures. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring timely processing of claims, overseeing the issuance of warranty replacement parts and tracking open warranty orders. You will also play a crucial role in providing feedback to production and quality teams to identify root causes and drive corrective actions
Responsibilities:
  • Administer warranty policies and procedures
  • Administer and adjudicating warranty claims
  • Coordinating replacement parts requests
  • Oversight and Management of customer service team
  • This role will create warranty part orders for shipment
  • Creating Return Materials Authorizations for WP's
  • Coding warrantable failures
  • Monitor and administer outstanding orders involving REV Parts
  • Provide NHTSA Reporting as required
  • Provide reports and feedback to production & quality to identify root cause & correct
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements (education, experience, travel, physical, work environment):
  • 5+ years of parts and warranty administration experience
  • High mechanical aptitude with a broad knowledge of multiple disciplines such as mechanics, plumbing, electrical, paint and body repair, Aerial hydraulics
  • Demonstrated high level of Customer Service skills
  • Demonstrated effective people coaching and development skills
  • Basic proficiency in the use of MS Office products
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and can effectively interact with Customers, Dealers, Team Leaders, Managers, and Associates.
