Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Codes and books repair orders
- Prepares warranty claims
- Ensures appropriate labor times, labor operations, parts and sublet pricing assigned to each repair
- Records warranty claims
- Ensure corrected amounts are reported to management to prevent overstating amounts due
- Submits warranty claims
- Serves as a liaison between the Service Manager, Shop Foreman, Service Advisors, Dispatcher, Parts personnel and Technicians
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of three (3) years prior warranty experience in automotive industry, or otherwise related experience.
- Must have demonstrated leadership ability with motivational skills and proven customer relation skills.
- Ability to work independently to solve problems and operate in a multi-tasking environment.
- Strong inter-personal skills. Demonstrated organizational ability with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively.
