Warehousing Customer Service Representative 2+ YEARS EXPERIENCE

Ocean Link / GEMI Trucking, is looking to fill a full time CSR (Customer Service Representative), position immediately for multiple customer accounts. Ocean Link / GEMI Trucking, is a warehousing and logistics company that deals directly with customers who have cargo that is imported and exported directly to and from the Georgia Ports.

The successful applicant will maintain high levels of accuracy in the day-to-day operations.

The responsibilities of this position include:

Control and manage inventory.

Manage and resolve issues quickly.

Inventory input for incoming cargo using our inventory system.

Inventory output from our inventory system for BOL's (Bill Of Ladings).

Monthly end inventory reports and monthly storage billing for customers accounts.

Daily Billing for incoming and outgoing cargo charges.

Communication on a daily basis with Ocean Link and GEMI team and customers for all inbound, outbound and storage cargo concerns. Candidate for this position must be able to prioritize as you multi task many responsibilities.

Minimum requirements:
- At least two years' experience working in a warehouse environment with a strong emphasis on inventory and billing.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook at a proficient level.
- Possess strong verbal communication.

- Filing organization
- Type 40+ WPM

- Ability to learn and navigate our inventory and billing system.

This is a full time 40+, hour a week position. 7:30am to 4:00pm or until day complete. Lunch breaks are minimum 30 minutes, max 1 hour, at your discretion.

Ocean Link also offers 1 week paid vacation after your first year and then 2 weeks for for every year after your first. Paid Holidays are included as well. Benefits also include Health and Dental coverage access, 401k options.
