Pay Rate: $19 - $20 per hour

Hours per Week: 40-50 hours per week

Location: 335 Morgan Lakes Industrial Blvd, Pooler, GA 31322, United States

Job Description:

Join the Intelliknow Warehouse team in Pooler, GA, as a dedicated Warehouse Customer Service Representative in a temporary role.

Key Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional Customer Service to warehouse clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

· Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

· Communicate effectively with clients regarding order status, shipping updates, and any additional information required.

· Assist in maintaining organized records of customer interactions and transactions.

· Work closely with the warehouse team to coordinate and optimize Customer Service processes.

Requirements:

· Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

· Previous experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a warehouse setting.

· Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.

· Eligibility to work in the United States.
