Warehouse/Yard Clean-Up

Control Air Enterprises is looking to hire an organized, timely, and respectful entry-level full-time Warehouse/Yard clean-up person. Forklift operator experience and small tools is a plus. Knowledge of HVAC/Plumbing construction industry is helpful, but not required.

A little bit about us. We have been in business for over 42 years, are a full mechanical contracting firm specializing in Major Construction, Tenant Improvement, Industrial, Plumbing, Retrofit, Service, Controls, Energy Commissioning and Detailing. Our divisions can handle a wide range of projects and services that include Design Build, Design Assist and Plan & Spec for facilities in the Medical, Entertainment, Laboratory, Hotel, Resort, Office, Government, Education, Civic and Commercial industries. Oh, we are also 100% employed owned (ESOP), have over 1,000 family members, and have one of the largest fabrication shops in California. Our corporate headquarters are in Southern California (Anaheim - just south of Los Angeles), conveniently located near several major freeways. We also have offices in San Diego and Hayward (Northern California). Our manufacturing facilities are located in Anaheim (Southern California) and Hayward (Northern California).

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• • Help receive material from jobsites & new inventory from vendors.
  • Organize and clean-up returned materials from the field.
  • Update and maintain job site return inventory list for Project Managers
  • Handle return material, working with tool room and purchasing.
  • Work with purchasing to sort material by return, back-to-inventory, or to Scrap.
  • Maintain organization of inventory.
  • Learn all software programs utilized in the day-to-day business operations of the Company.
  • Occasionally help tool room with filling tool orders.
  • Occasionally help fill hardware orders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Traits & Qualifications required:

• Previous warehousing experience is preferred.
• Experience in the HVAC/Plumbing industry is preferred.
• Excellent people skills.
• Ability to take directions well.
• High energy, fast paced and self-motivated.
• Strong team player, blends-in well with others.
• Responsible & accountable with common sense and good judgement.
