Warehouse/Delivery Driver

This position is a dual role. Some days, you'll be in the warehouse, disassembling electronics or unloading a truck. It's a pleasant environment where you can just listen to music and do your job. Other days, you’ll be driving a van or truck in the tri-state area, loading/unloading computer equipment, interacting with customers, and completing the paperwork for the job. As part of your training, you'll spend a couple of weeks solely working in our warehouse to understand the process and how we handle equipment. You'll go on the road with one of our experienced drivers for a few weeks to learn what to do and how to work with our clients. Eventually, you'll be the driver, either by yourself, or with a teammate. Most days end at around 4:30pm

We have full or part-time positions in our Franklin, NJ office

No CDL required but we do require some commercial van or box truck driving experience.

Responsibilities:

• Drive in the tri-state area, including NYC.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Load items into a box truck to be transported from the client.
• Unload items from the box truck into our warehouse.
• Customer service skills - Our drivers interact with our clients, answer questions, and must be friendly, professional, and well spoken.

A successful candidate will meet the following job requirements:

• Must have some commercial driving experience.
• Must be willing to drive a van or box truck in the tri-state area, including New York City and surrounding boroughs.
• Lift at least 70 lbs.
• Ability to move, pack/unload electronic equipment.
• Demonstrate safe and efficient driving skills.
• At least one year of route transportation experience is preferred.
• Commitment to adhere to the company’s safety and security culture.
• Must be at least 21 years old, have valid drivers license, reliable transportation, ability to work as a team, good work ethic.
• Familiarity with tri-state geography is helpful.
