Warehouse/Delivery Driver

Calsak Plastics has been a major supplier in distributing plastic sheet, plastic rod & plastic tube to the U.S. market. We are looking for a Warehouse/Delivery Driver to join our growing team! The position responsibilities include for collecting, transporting and safely delivering a range of items to designated locations ensuring all orders are delivered on time, in the right condition and to the right place.

What are the key role responsibilities?

• Delivers high-quality products to our customers and from our vendors in a safe, courteous, and timely manner.
• Use navigation applications to determine the best route including plan for traffic, construction and weather delays.
• Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
• Establishes and maintains professional relations with customer’s shipping & receiving department personnel.
• Reviews and verifies packing slips to ensure accuracy.
• Inspects delivery vehicles and ensures the safety and security of the loading and unloading process.
• Days light on deliveries will require general warehouse duties, i.e. shipping & receiving.
• Follows safety and lifting protocols.
• Maintains delivery logs and records.

Delivery Driver Skills / Qualifications:

• Must be able to work 7am – 3:30pm M-F (Extra hours needed on occasion)
• Valid class c driver’s license
• Must have 1+ year(s) of box truck and/or flatbed truck experience.
• Clean driving record
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with operating a GPS navigation system
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Ability to work well in a team setting and under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
