Description: Warehouse/Sales Worker
Looking for a person to be a self starter in the warehouse. Job duties will include, ability to pull orders, while maintaining high levels of customer service. Will also be doing local deliveries to sites they service and will be operating forklift and vehicle. Candidates interested in this role will be doing a variation of general warehouse labor and customer service, looking for candidates that has a strong experience or interest in both for long term opportunity in Sales. Lots of room for growth
Job Responsibilities:
- Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
- Completes deliveries by driving truck or van to and from vendors.
- Maintains truck or van by completing preventive maintenance requirements and arranging for repairs.
- Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
- Provides quality service by following organization standards.
- Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
- Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Completes reports by entering required information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Warehouse Environment:
Electrical Distribution company, privately owned business. It's pretty hard work in the warehouse, the team is pulling conduit out in the cold, helping cut wire in the wire room. So, will need to be able to handle that type of work.
Location: Seattle, WA
Starting Pay: $ $25.00 Hourly
Shift: 12:00pm-9:00pm Monday- Friday
