Under the supervision of the Industrial Warehouse & Distribution Supervisor at the On-Time Delivery-North, this position perform journeyperson work in the receipt, storage, inventory, and issue of materials; to maintain order and supervise the conduct of incarcerated individuals. To protect and maintain the safety of persons and property; may instruct, lead or supervise incarcerated individuals; and do other related work. Assists in the planning and scheduling of labor and materials used in the receipt, storage and shipping of various products. Prepares shipping documents and bill of ladings prior to shipment of finished goods and raw materials. Receives and signs for incoming products and supplies, checking items against the packing slip and bill of lading. Performs ERPLX transactions for the receipt and shipment of products. Coordinates shipment and documentation of all shipments, receipts including RMA product. Operates lift trucks and other material handling equipment. Follows IIPP and adheres to warehouse related safety regulations. Assists in the issuance, transportation and processing of sales orders and shipping documents for shipment of finished goods to customers. Investigates complaints and obtains proof of deliveries as required and makes pickups and deliveries as required.
