Warehouse Worker Job Description

Warehouse workers operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize materials, including loading and unloading trucks safely, accurately, and timely in order to help us meet our production goals.

Overview:

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and palletizers to move, organize, and wrap materials

• Fulfull order invoices and keep accurate records of materials

• Use forklifts to load and unload trucks and organize inventory safely, accurately, and timely

• Assist with maintaining work area, equipment, and other production areas as needed

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills
• Attention to detail to accurately record and maintain shipping records and inventory
• At least one year of experience working with forklifts, palletizers, and conveyor systems
• Previously certified to run a forklift
• Packaging experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to work independently in a team environment
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the job, including lifting and moving up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication skills
