Warehouse - FBM Fulfillment Associate - Tier 1
Title: FBM Fulfillment Associate Department: Warehouse and DistributionReports to: FBM Team Lead, Outbound Supervisor, Warehouse Manager
Candidates must be over 18 years old and fluently speak and understand English, for safety purposes.
Compensation: $18.00/hr (during 90 day probationary period)
KPI Metrics met or exceeded and successful 90 day probationary completion, Compensation moved to $19.50/hr.
Shift Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 7am - 3pm (Weekday off During the week and Sundays off)
Peak Season Schedule: Thursday-Monday, 7am - 3pm
This is a Picker/Packer position within our Warehouse, on the Fulfilled by Merchant (FBM) Team. These orders are direct to consumers, this is a key position in our organization that provides customer shipments directly to their homes.
Job Duties:
- Picking Fulfillment Orders
- Packing Fulfillment Orders
- Recording Carton and packing information
- Processing shipments according to transportation and logistic requirements
- General upkeep and cleaning of work space

Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a daily basis
- Ability to stand continually for an 8 hour shift
This is a Full-Time, permanent, non-exempt position, complete with benefits eligibility.
