Our team is growing and we are hiring immediately for Warehouse Utility Associates to our operations team. This person will communicate with (or to) individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g. customers, suppliers, associates). They will maintain housekeeping and safety of the facility by monitoring levels of trash in compactors, open-top containers, and trash line; removing and baling cardboard from trash line and reporting trash levels. The ideal candidate will processes merchandise and pallets by moving pallets to staging areas and put-away locations using power equipment. Ensure sufficient quantities of boxes are available for order fillers by monitoring levels and replenishing as needed.

Warehouse Utility Associate Details and Benefits:
- *Pay is Starting at $20.60/hour.
- Must be available to work 8-hour shifts
- Monday- Friday between the hours of 6am-10pm

Warehouse Utility Associate Primary Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound trucks and prepare trucks for shipping by loading and unloading
- Operate power equipment including but not limited to Forklift, Pallet Rider, Bander, Compactor, Baler, & Reach Truck
- Prepare and condense pallets as well as perform audits
- Process Company fixtures and determine the correct disposition based on established Company procedures
Warehouse Utility Associate Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- Desire to work in environment that can be fast paced
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
- Attention to detail and accuracy is key
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
- Must be able to consistently lift up to 60
