Position Summary: A Party Reflection’s Order Puller is responsible for accurately pulling inventory in order to satisfy all upcoming orders. Each Order Puller is also responsible for restocking their area and conducting quality control checks of Party Reflections inventory. Constant communication with the supervisor and Inventory Control Specialist is a necessity in case of shortages.

Responsibilities:

• Comply with all company policies and procedures while performing the functions of this position.

• Report to work on all days scheduled at or before the clock-in time required.

• Dress in a professional manner befitting the position.

• Maintain a moderate to high energy level while on the job.

• Attend all company meetings as required by management.

• Keep work space clean, organized, and neat.

• Must read and interpret pull sheets on a daily basis.

• All orders must be pulled and staged in a timely manner.

• Restock inventory daily.

• Maintain inventory quality standards by checking inventory as you are restocking.

• Notify Supervisor of all inventory shortages in a timely manner.

• Load or unload trucks as needed.

• Help prepare for and participate in inventory taking process.

• Be sure to cycle inventory so that all items are used evenly.

• Pull any current day orders within the specified time frame.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
