- Reporting to the Supply Chain Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our warehouse operations and activities.
Key activities include:
- Accept, inspect, verify, and receive incoming materials, tools, and equipment
- Pick and fill orders from stock, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Issue materials to requestors and enter in SAP system
- Prepare orders for shipments by picking and labeling materials appropriately
- Maintain inventory controls by keeping accurate records of stock and conducting regular inventory counts
- Organize and maintain warehouse space, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, stock lift, and hand trucks safely and efficiently
- Assist in loading and unloading of delivery trucks as needed
- Inspect materials for defects and damages
- Identify repairable stock item to maintain accurate levels
- Coordinate with refinery subject matter experts to identify and dispose of dormant materials

Qualifications
To meet the basic qualification for employment, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
Qualifications for this role:
- High school diploma required
- Valid driver's license required
- Proven warehouse experience, including the ability to operate forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack
- Ability to move or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills required
- Familiarity with SAP preferred
- Ability and willingness to work in inclement weather and to work overtime as required (both scheduled and unscheduled)
