DUTIES:
- SAFTEY IS NO.1
- Meggering of all motors on a monthly bases. Making sure to use correct voltage and length of time.
- Turning the shafts of the motors no less the bimonthly.
- Adding and draining oil from motors and securing shaft when needed.
- Must be computer literate. All data collected must be entered into Sulzer’s “GAGEPACK”.
- Shipping/receiving and filing
- Must have electrical understanding
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be comfortable with overhead crane and forklift along with proper lifting technics and weight capacities
- Must be able to take pictures and upload to the network for proper documentation
- Must have own tools, basic hand tools, wrenches, socket set, impact driver and drill
- Be good with customers doing audits/inventory and work well with the salesmen to meet customer needs
- Attention to details
- Good house keeping
- Push or pull more the 50 lbs
- Must be organized
- Must be able to work weekends and overtime on short notice as well as be on call periodically
- Must keep up with all building maintenance, yearly crane inspection, fire extinguisher’s
