SalaryWe are seeking an Warehouse Team Leadto join our IT Landes Home Service Team in Harleysville!
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Warehouse Team member performs a variety of warehouse and inventory functions to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant inventory handling. Responsibilities include handling, issuing, and accounting of inventory, stock replenishment, and shipping and receiving.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in properly managing inventory levels every day and source material from local vendors to keep stock at sufficient level.
- Purchase material for main warehouse every day and truck stock as needed
- Determine warehouse inventory and proper stocking levels to supply for the operation team
- Possess knowledge of truck stock inventory, and truck stock replenishment.
- Assist in truck and warehouse cycle counts
- Assist with warehouse replenishment via transfers and work closely with warehouse staff
- Process inventory movement slips from/to job invoices
- Receive, stock, and stack inventory
- Process returns that come back from completed jobs
- Process warranty returns and collaborate with Warehouse Warranty & Returns Specialist to ensure warranty process is complete
- Appropriately scrap or return defective parts as required by vendor.
- Receive on demand technicians calls and purchase items needed from vendors.
- Pull parts and manage part delivery
- Job and/or truck part staging
- Be a team player, collaborate, communicate, and work with current warehouse staff.
- Collaborate and communicate with technicians, customer service representatives, vendors & vendor representatives, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.
- Actively own our mission statement and core values
- Occasional take product to field staff from local shop or vendors as needed
- Provide additional backup support for shipping and receiving departments.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager
MINIMUM / PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- High school diploma, completion of G.E.D.
- Equivalent technical school or work experience
- Must possess proficient computer skills with Microsoft products such as Outlook and Excel
- Service Titan knowledge preferred
- English language skill
- Criminal background check required for hire
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver’s License and Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Possess the ability to multi-task
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Able to work independently and within a team
- Ability to be self-motivated and maintain a flexible work schedule
- Proficient oral and written communication skills

Pay up to $28 an hour

The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, extreme heat, and risk of electrical shock. The employee is frequently exposed to outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
