This person reportsdirectly to the shift supervisor as a critical part of the Warehouse Team. Thisperson is primarily responsible to help the supervisor in overseeing the day-to-dayoperations of the department.
Essential Function of the Job - Includes but not limited to:
- Communicate with shift supervisor of any problems, suggestion, etc.
- Ensure all production lines have proper material and either providemissing components or alert the proper individual
- Verify product being produced meets the quality and packagingrequirements
- Training of new production personnel
- nbsp;Able to familiarize themselves with part number and assembly product
- Make certain all areas are restocked
- Must be able to operate material handling equipment.
- nbsp;Schedule break assignments and relieve breaks
- Support supervisor and assist as needed
- Direct department clean up at end of shift
- Other duties as assigned.
- Work proactively to foster and maintain a positive team-orientedatmosphere. Works together with fellow associates, Team Leads, and supervisorsas a team to promote the goals and common good of the company.
