Description
The Warehouse Support position entails more than just pick and pack. Employees will learn to navigate our inventory management software (SAP), manage physical inventory, and ship domestic, international, and LTL. Employees will work closely with other departments including inside sales and eCommerce to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, ship and receive inventory
• Cycle count inventory
• General housekeeping: sweep, mop, dust, remove trash, clean surfaces, etc.
• General office maintenance: setup for events, arrange workstations

Knowledge & Experience

• Previous shipping and/or warehouse experience preferred
• Computer literate, including email, Teams, Word, and Excel
• Valid CA driver’s license
• Forklift certified, or willing to obtain certification at employer’s expense
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

Work Conditions

• 40-hour week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm
• Location: Irvine CA
• Pass a drug screen and background check
• Able to lift 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours; lift, bend, stretch, and reach; use a stepstool, ladder, and an industrial staircase
• Sufficient dexterity of hands and fingers to efficiently operate a computer keyboard, mouse, scanner, and other computer components

Compensation

All warehouse employees start at $20 per hour. Pay increases may be offered for well-performing employees at the 90-day and one-year mark.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
