Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, self-motivated, and organizationally skilled Warehouse Supervisor to effectively lead and manage the dispatch team, driving team performance and safety culture to service our last-mile business. The position is responsible for effectively supervising and coordinating all activities related to business dispatch operations and providing support to the management team to ensure the smooth daily operations of the warehouse.

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for daily work in the warehouse, including: receiving/picking up goods (signing BOL), handling abnormal orders, operating the WMS system, handling exceptions when drivers pick up goods, and handing over returned items to the warehouse;
2. Responsible for the daily scheduling of personnel in the warehouse, supervising their work, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of sorting;
3. Responsible for the attendance and timing of warehouse workers, training of warehouse personnel, and safety management inside the warehouse.You must ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety regulations.;
4. Conduct warehouse inspections and cleaning at the beginning and end of work to ensure the normal operation of equipment and a clean and tidy environment inside the warehouse;
5. Collaborate with senior management and other team leaders to set warehouse and team objectives
6. Handle any unexpected situations that may arise during work;
Requirements:
1. U.S. Permanent Resident (PR) or Citizen status.
2. One to three years of supervisory experience, preferably in a logistics or warehouse setting;
3. Able to drive forklifts and hold legal documents;
4. Good computer skills, proficient in using Outlook, Excel, and ERP warehouse systems;
5. Flexible time, able to work overtime or rotate as needed,able to work at weekends;
6. Priority given to speaking Chinese;
Physical/Sensory Requirements:
Ability exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
