This person will have the opportunity to positively contribute to the initiatives of the Warehouse Department at the Falkirk Mine by assisting the warehouse technicians in ordering, receiving, stocking, and distributing parts, supplies and services.
Job Description:
Essential Duties:

• Assist with receiving, stocking, and disbursing parts and supplies.
• Operate a forklift, floor sweeper, material handling devices, and pickup truck.
• Perform physical inventory counts.
• Make town runs for various needs.
• Maintain a strong working relationship with mine site staff and vendors.
• Perform job duties in accordance with MSHA law and regulations, established company safety procedures, employment law regulations, and state and federal environmental regulations.

Other Duties:

• Assist other departments on an as-needed basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge in Excel.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, office employees, workforce, and vendors.
• Must be a self-starter with minimal supervision.
• Must have the ability to handle confidential and sensitive material.
• Must be able to work independently and in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to identify potential problems relating to assigned job duties and handle them appropriately.
• Must work effectively in a team environment.
• Recognize and respond effectively to unexpected situations and tight deadlines.
• Must be accurate and detail oriented.
• Have general knowledge of equipment parts and the ability to effectively utilize parts manuals.
• Have general knowledge of accounting and business principles and systems.

Education and Training:

• Currently pursuing an associate or bachelor degree in accounting, business, or a similar degree program from an accredited university.
