Warehouse Pullers & Packers

We are searching for Order Pullers and Packers to join our Distribution Team. Qualified individuals must have a desire to learn new skills and a commitment to meet expectations. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to excel.

Puller duties include but are not limited to:

• Fulfill customer orders by pulling merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately pull order quantities and prepare merchandise for shipment to customers
• Ensure the warehouse area is cleaned, organized, and that all safety procedures are being always followed by yourself and your teammates.

Packer duties include but are not limited to:

• Performs a variety of tasks involved in packing customer orders for shipment.
• Selects proper container and methods of packing, cushioning, and follows specialized packing procedures.
• Double checks orders/items and how they are packaged for quality, safety, and accuracy

Qualifications

• Attention to detail while moving at a fast pace
• Use of good judgment and ability to work independently
• Maintain a strong daily work pace and dependable daily attendance and ability to meet productivity goals and maximize team efforts
• Heavy lifting may be required
• Required overtime during our peak seasons
• Forklift Driving Experience preferred
• Truck Loading Experience preferred
• Able to successfully meet our pre-employment drug screen and criminal background screen
