Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team and is currently recruiting for a Second ShiftWarehouse person to work from our manufacturing facility located in Tolleson, AZ.
As a Warehouse Person, this candidate will operate a forklift to receive raw ingredients, ship finished product pallets to customers and outside warehousing. This individual will work in conjunction with manufacturing in the wrapper area and in the assembly of displays, shippers and samples to customers. The Warehouse Operator will assist in ensuring the Plant environment meets food safety cleanliness objectives and operates according to established safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Completes all dock functions in accordance with established quality and standards.
- Ensures work area is kept clean and well-maintained.
- Accountable for operating equipment safely and in an efficient manner.
- Visually inspects product before putting it on the truck.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Must be self-motivated.
- Ability to respond to changes quickly and pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to operate a forklift safely and within OSHA guidelines.
- Knowledge of safe operating practices involved in the use of lock-out/tag-out programs and food safety.
- Strong commitment to company values.
