Warehouse Order Picker

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Order Picker and Inventory Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking orders, maintaining inventory records, and conducting cycle counts to ensure optimal inventory levels.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize pick lists and/or electronic scanning devices to accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
• Ensure that all picked items are properly labeled, packaged, and staged for assembly.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counting and reconciliation.
• Identify and report discrepancies in inventory levels and work with the team to resolve any issues.
• Assist in receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents, and updating inventory systems.
• Organize warehouse storage areas to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and handling inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders and meet shipping deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, order picking, or inventory management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using inventory management software and electronic scanning devices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand for extended periods,

Pay: $16.62 - $20.94 per hour
