The work is hard and rewarding. Warehouse Order Pickers perform duties in a warehouse setting and are expected to accomplish physically demanding work.

Our starting pay is $19/hour, but the harder you work, the more money you can make with our selection incentive.

We’re looking for experienced Warehouse Order Pickers to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

• In a fast-paced environment, safely and efficiently select orders and place them in a designated pallet drop-off area.
• Use powered industrial equipment such as a forklift or reach truck to select store orders.
• Shrink-wrap, label, and stage pallets

• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to maneuver forklift/reach truck and observe safe paths of travel.
• Runs off standard order to the loading docks.
• Keeps area clean and free of debris.
• Ability to bend, stoop, twist, or turn while performing job duties

• Please note this is not a travel team position, and candidates should live close to the site in Collierville, TN.

Education:

We believe that skills and experience are what truly matter. While education can be a valuable asset, it is not a strict requirement for success in this role.

Experience:

• Prior experience as a warehouse associate is preferred.
• Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., order selector/picking product storage, product staging, powered reach truck/forklifts, etc.)
• Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.)

Skills/Knowledge:

• Good verbal/written communication skills.
• Willingness to work the required schedule.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English for effective communication.
• Basic math skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

• Interact respectfully and courteously with associates, co-workers, management, and customers.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Work Environment:

• This position is designated as safety-sensitive by the company, and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required. Warehouse environment with extreme heat and cold temperatures.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and squat most of the workday.
• Handle cases weighing from 25 to 95 pounds and can expect to handle between 50 and 200+ pallets on any given day.
• The ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sounds (e.g., machinery alarms or alarms) in moderate to loud work environments.
