SalaryOur Warehouse Order Builders are responsible for accurately filling customer orders by operating material handling equipment, pulling product from warehouse stock, and stacking product on pallets, as well as breaking down returned product. While obtaining merchandise from the shelves, they ensure the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Accurately, based on standards, builds full goods pallets with other team members from order ticket for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded.
Organizes items on a pallet based on type of product to ensure stability.
Obtains merchandise from shelves to build pallets with use of material handling equipment (forklift or electric pallet jack).
Transports orders to wrapping or shipping locations with material handling equipment, ensuring orders are staged in order of delivery.
Sorts and stores partial cases of product returned on route trucks.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Work requires handling/lifting of product from floor level to above shoulder height or reverse. Lifting is frequent and may be up to 50lbs.
PAY: Starting pay of $18 per hour, with quarterly pay-for-performance opportunities to earn up to $21/hr
HOURS: Full-time with benefits, Monday - Friday, 11:00am-8pm (end time varies pending work load)
