Ensure preparation of parts to maintain CBU production to our customers.
Manage team to complete daily receiving, packing, staging, etc. operations requirements.
Troubleshoot warehouse management system issues to keep associates working effectively.
Effectively train new hire associates on various warehouse roles and responsibilities
Report warehouse KPIs, daily shift reports and communicate critical items to counterparts on other shifts.
Identify and immediately countermeasure safety issues and report to Group Lead
Audit associates’ work to confirm the specific activities are carried out properly.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
High School Diploma or General Equivalency
Associate degree or Equivalent Job-related experience.
3+ years in a job-related field with increasing responsibility
1-3 years Supervision/Leadership experience required in related field.
Previous exemplary performance in a job-related field may partially compensate for lack of supervisory experience.
Minimum 6 Months Warehouse Management Experience, Receiving, Put-away, Pick, Staging, Loading, Cycle Counting, and Carrying Out Physical Inventory
Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, & transportation
Allocate associates based on capabilities and production requirements to complete required daily tasks
Determine when overtime is required to maintain parts supply for production
Coach and counsel associates as needed
Primarily on the warehouse and manufacturing operations floor interacting with associates.
Must be able to operate a PIV
Must be able to work flexible schedule including shifts and weekends as necessary
Must be willing to travel as required
Must be able to work overtime as necessary to support department needs (short term and/or scheduled)
