Warehouse - Night Shift

For over 50 years ABL Wholesale Distributors has been the premiere single-source distributor serving retailers in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. We are currently searching for warehouse Night Shift employees to join our rapidly growing team.

Requirements and skills:

• Fluent in English (writing and reading) must have basic math skills.
• Attention to detail, able to work with accuracy in a fast pace environment.
• Experience or license in handling forklifts, pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Physical strength, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for long periods of time and engage in repetitive movement throughout the entire shift.
• Must be able to work in both Cooler and Freezer locations for entire shift.
• Strong work ethic, reliable and punctual.
• Flexible, willing to work in several different locations throughout the warehouse when required.
• Available to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities: ABL Wholesale will provide Training

• Locate products using Pick Right system.
• Scan barcodes and pick items and orders quickly and accurately.
• Prepare boxes with orders for customer delivery.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to supervisors.
• Adhere to safety and health policies and quality standards.

Shift:

10:00 pm to 6:30 am Sunday – Thursday 2 people

8:00 pm to 6:30 am Monday – Thursday 2 people

Hourly Pay:

$16.83 starting hourly rate, increasing to $18.70 after six months

This position is part of a collective bargaining unit
