US Farathane is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for shipping personnel and conformance to policy and procedures.
- Overall coordination and communication of the warehouse
- Drive and oversee corresponding root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Direct efforts of warehouse activities, including 6S.
- Coordinate/Assess required training and team building.
- Report as required KPI, and related corrective/improvement actions.
- Assist as required plant activities of the warehouse to effectively support plant operation.
- Assure all inventory control procedures are strictly adhered to, including FIFO.
- Coordinate the movement of all materials to and from all outside warehouses.
- Assure all incoming product is received from all vendors with the correct requirements.
- Assure all outgoing product is shipped to the customer with the correct requirements.
- Responsible for timely shipping of product to avoid premium freight costs.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform daily safety walk thru.
- Responsible for container management and packaging
- Manage cycle counts and physical inventory.
- Perform all other duties as requested by Materials Manager
- Supervisory Responsibilities- Carries out Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. In the event that this position becomes vacant, the Materials Manager will resume responsibilities.
- Environmental Responsibilities- Cooperation with action team directives
- Familiar with evacuation plans. Trained in clean-up modules. Keep all areas of warehouse and docks clean, organized, and clear of debris and resin.

- Education and/or Experience- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or a minimum of three (5) years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have supervisory experience.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations- Hi Lo license with crane training required.
