SalaryWarehouse Lead wanted for busy fitness equipment company. Reports directly to Shipping Manager.
Duties include:
Loading and unloading of trucks and containers using Packing Lists and Purchase Orders
Keeping the warehouse clean and organized
Inventory control involving:
Creating check-in reports and taking pictures of all incoming products (may require assembly)
Inspecting and rating products for defects and damages
Tagging products for customers
Regularly maintaining an up-to-date inventory list of all equipment on-hand
Palletizing and wrapping products for freight shipping
Operating Warehouse Machinery A
Performing basic weekly forklift maintenance (check battery, water levels, fluids etc,)
Ideal candidate must be able to:
Communicate Efficiently With Supervisors And Teammates
Be able to load and unload items of various sizes and weights
Be proficient in operating a forklift
Show excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment
Have strong physical stamina to perform repetitive lifting and carrying tasks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
