Position Overview: Minova Americas is seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead for an exciting opportunity at our state-of-the-art new facility in Tooele, UT. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for developing and implementing the most effective shipping processes to ensure that all product shipments are completed safely, cost-effectively, in full, and on time to ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage resources to meet operational targets, and sit down forklift experience. This is a 1st shift opportunity with an hourly pay range of $20 to $23/hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervision of Warehouse Operations:
- Direct and oversee all activities within the warehouse, including receiving, storing, sorting, picking, packaging, and shipping of goods.
- Implement quality control procedures to ensure all incoming and outgoing products meet company standards.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects and take appropriate action as necessary.
- Coordinate the timely picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Work closely with logistics providers to prioritize and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate inventory targets to align with working capital policy while maintaining customer service levels and reducing transportation costs.

Metrics:
- Ensure own work practices and environment comply with Minova’s Safety, Health, Environment & Security (SHE&S) standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing the Minova SHE&S plan for the site, specifically for shipping.
- Participate in safety meetings and lead safety briefings with the team.
- Promptly report all unsafe working conditions and incidents.
- Ensure equipment is in good working order through daily inspections.
- Create a positive SHE&S culture by encouraging employees to participate in safety programs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Commercial Ownership/Creative Customer Solutions:
- Manage inventory control of raw material supply.
- Maintain and report all shipments and missed shipments (DIFOT’s – Delivered In Full On Time).
- Issue requisitions when needed.
- Act as a liaison between shipping brokerage firms and Minova using the PLS software system.
- Monthly review performance to budget/targets.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Current Forklift license.
- Customer Service oriented.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Financial and business analysis skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
