Automation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working and experienced Warehouse Lead in the Montgomery, Alabama area. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and assisting with day-to-day activities of assigned shifts and associates, as instructed by the Distribution Center Supervisor. The Warehouse Lead monitors and assists the work of warehouse associates performing a variety of duties related to warehousing, transportation and safety and inventory functions in the warehouse. Forklift experience is a must.
Pay Rate
$20.00 - $22.00 (DOE)

Schedule and Hours
6:00am – 6:00pm
8:00am – 5:00pm
Shifts will be discussed at a later date.
Monday – Friday (Must be able to work overtime as needed)
Warehouse Lead Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversees and assists with day-to-day activities of assigned shifts as instructed by the DC Supervisor.
- Assist with evaluating the performance of team members and providing training experience as needed giving feedback to the distribution center management.
- Assist with reinforcement of SEAL Operating Standard Work along with assisting with implementation of the SEAL Operating Systems and Standard work to increase productivity and improve services within the operation.
- Record either by manual or automated inventory control system.
- Assist with supervision of maintenance of facilities, product handling equipment and inventory warehousing control systems, manual or automated.
- Forklift experience is a must.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the DC Supervisor.
Warehouse Lead Qualifications and Requirements
- Computer literacy is required.
- Forklift experience is required.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in Management experience.
- Very self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs. (Lifting Assessment to be given in office)
- Drug screen and background check required.
