Unique Loom's corporate office, located in Fort Mill, SC is looking for a dependable and experienced Warehouse Inventory Auditor who will audit inventory to maintain, correct and ensure accurate inventory numbers. The ideal candidate would have prior auditing experience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Role:
The Inventory Auditor will scan and count Warehouse Inventory to ensure inventory is accurate and in the correct bin/location within the warehouse. Requires strong reliance on accuracy, control, monitoring, and coordination to confirm inventory & investigate count discrepancies.
Responsibility:

• Receive and count items in the Warehouse Inventory and record the data either on scanner or tablet.
• Verify the correct SKU number on the merchandise with the scanner number. Count the number of items physically present in a specific location to the inventory records on the scanner.
• Candidate must be detail oriented to accurately verify the correct SKU number on merchandise. If candidate finds a difference between the stock on hand and the records, they must investigate the discrepancy. If necessary, adjust the errors in the system or move the products to the correct bin.
• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age
• A positive and proactive attitude
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong communicator, English is required, and Spanish is a plus.
• Prior Inventory experience and cycle counting experience is required.
• Detail oriented. Able to recognize SKU's, colors, and numbers.
• Able to use a scanner or tablet.
• Able to read labels in English, recognize numbers and distinguish colors and shapes. Must be able to pass a Basic Skills Test.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to and comply with all safety laws, procedures, and regulations.

Physical Demands:

• Requires working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time, bend, twist, kneel, lift, pull and push.
• Requires lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Requires climbing step ladders up to 24 ft high and/or use Powered Industrial Equipment to reach 3rd through 8th levels.
• Dig out buried rugs if they are unlabeled to verify the sku from its current position.
• Print out sku labels for rug/inventory that are missing it.

Salary Description
$16.50hr (Earn up to $20hr)
